Kirk is full-time faculty at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business Heatstroke buy where he teaches organizational communication. As an educator, he has taught career development theories in the USC Rossier School of Education, served as an Assistant Dean of Student Affairs as well as managed the university’s major employer programs connecting new college graduates to some of the most prestigious companies in the Fortune 500.
As a researcher he is regularly given access into the inner dynamics of companies and organizations from coast to coast, from the factory floor to the C-Suite. Kirk is currently completing his latest project, an evocative three-year study about the cultural transformation of the meaning of work across the American business landscape.
Kirk is a graduate of USC’s Entrepreneur Program where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and holds a graduate degree in Communication from Pepperdine University.
